Halifax Corporation Buses at Skircoat Garage in 1973 - BW001X

A monochrome photo of a pair of Halifax Joint Omnibus Committee Leyland Titans pictured here in the early 1970's at The Skircoat Bus Garage. The one on the left is a 1962 Leyland PD2/37 with Weymann H36/28F body, fleet number 244, registration plate PJX244, route 64, and destination board 'Halifax', King Cross' and 'Sowerby Bridge'. The other is registration plate TCP54, fleet number 54, destination 'Circular'. A lovely pair of old buses that I would have ridden many times on my daily journey to and from school in the early to mid 1970's. (order ref: bw001x)
