1. All images and content on the Photos Past and Present website remain the copyrighted intellectual property of Photos Past and Present.
2. Photos Past and Present provide a service of making old copyrighted photos available for purchase, in the form of both physical photographic prints that are sent by post, and/or digital download of images that are downloaded via a download link which is sent to the purchaser via email. The same copyright terms apply to both digital image downloads and photographic prints by post.
3. The purchase of any image/photo from the Photos Past and Present website automatically allows the purchaser a license to use that image/photo for personal use only. The photo must not be re-sold, published or shared for financial gain in any way.
4. Photos on the Photos Past and Present website or photos purchased from the website must not be shared on the internet unless they are shared via a Photos Past and Present authorized sharing button, social media button/link, or via the purchase of a Photos Past and Present sharing license which is obtainable for purchase via the Photos Past and Present shopping cart
5. If for any reason a photographic print arrives damaged in the post, the damaged print must be returned to the ‘sender’ address, and a replacement print will be issued, and return postage costs will be refunded.
6. Delivery in the UK can take up to 7 days, although in most cases the item is posted ‘same day’ and is delivered in 1-2 days, but please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
7. Delivery to the European mainland is normally 3-7 days, but please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
8. Delivery to the USA and rest of the world can be as quick as 5-7 days, but due to the nature of trans-atlantic airmail please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
9. In the event that delivery has not been made within the maximum timescale, please let us know via the ‘Contact’ form, stating your name, address, and the item that you ordered, and we will look into it immediately
